PROJECT MANAGEMENT

CONSTRUCTION PLAN & PLANNING CONSENTS
Once the plans have been signed off we develop the construction plan. A programme and specification of works are developed to ensure that the work is carried out with the minimum of fuss and disruption. We procure all relevant consents from the Landlord, District Surveyors Office and Local Fire Authority as required, making formal planning applications as necessary.

HEALTH & SAFETY AND DDA ACCESSIBILTY
With the assistance of our Health & Safety consultants we try to keep on top of the latest Disability Discrimination Act regulations in relation to workplace and employer obligations. Our objective at the end of the day is to provide a clean and fully accessible office environment for the benefit and inclusion of everyone to enjoy.

ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE
Square Foot Design are aware of our environmental responsibilities and take steps to ensure that products are specified from responsible manufacturers using materials sourced from sustainable sources. Recycling is encouraged wherever possible and disposal certificates provided whenever available.
